Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- One year of administrative or phone experience
- Ability to answer multi-line phones with professionalism
- Comfortable standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs occasionally
- Good vision including color vision and peripheral vision
- Ability to handle mild to moderate noise levels
- Exposure to fumes or airborne particles acceptable
- Basic knowledge of office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines
Job Qualifications

- One year of administrative or phone experience
- Proficient in MS Office preferred
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
- Transfers callers to voice mail when associates are unavailable
- Greets patients and visitors with a friendly attitude
- Calls patients for appointments and reminders
- Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
- Provides callers with company information such as address, directions, fax numbers, and website
- Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
- Coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services including FedEx and UPS
- Assists with photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating
- Provides administrative support to office executives and staff
- Maintains internal phone listing and distribution lists
- Schedules and prepares conference rooms and meetings
