Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience of 1+ years in facility or property administration in commercial real estate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and database software
- Ability to operate audiovisual equipment in conference rooms
- Physical ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and stand or bend as necessary
Job Qualifications

- Some college education in business, hospitality, property management, or related fields is desirable
Job Duties
- Provide general office support including answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate associates
- Distribute mail and manage correspondence flow
- Requisition office supplies and perform additional clerical duties
- Greet customers, guests, and employees to create a positive first impression
- Provide necessary information, directions, and assistance
- Issue security badges for visitors and employees
- Ensure timely answering of calls using company protocols and transferring to relevant departments
- Manage mail and courier services, including coordinating pick-up and delivery and resolving related issues
- Support facility programs and participate in professional development
- Assist Facility Manager and Facility Coordinator with clerical tasks
- Respond to basic client enquiries and escalate complex issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Comply with all company and client facility policies and procedures
