Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- experience in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail
- punctuality and reliability
- familiarity with ticketing systems such as Atlassian Jira is a plus

- keen attention to detail
- proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- familiarity with Atlassian Jira or similar ticketing tools is a plus
- previous experience in an administrative, hospitality, or office support role
- experience supporting 300+ employees preferred
- punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic about maintaining high standards of security and hospitality
Job Duties
- Operate the reception desk independently during morning hours
- answer phones
- greet guests and vendors
- maintain visitor and vendor logs
- present a clean, welcoming lobby
- set the tone each day by providing friendly, solution-oriented service to employees and guests
- handle office requests submitted via in-person walk-ups or digital platforms, escalating where appropriate
- manage shipping and receiving duties, including booking outgoing shipments with various carriers and distributing/logging inbound packages
- administer access control procedures such as issuing and revoking access badges, liaising with building security, monitoring camera footage, and maintaining access logs
- maintain and replenish merchandise inventory used for employee gifting and amenity distribution
- support Office Operations and firm-wide initiatives, including events, catering coordination, or special projects as needed
- provide support for the Office Operations team and collaborative efforts across the firm
