- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Job Duties
- Serve as first point of contact by greeting visitors, assisting employees, answering calls, and managing front office duties
- support the NW Regional Director with clerical and administrative tasks
- process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, checks, and FedEx shipments
- validate parking and manage vendor/service issues
- maintain working knowledge of internal systems, directories, and carrier/vendor platforms
- provide operational and client support including data entry, document prep, report generation, and mailings
- coordinate meetings and events, manage office/breakroom supplies, and ensure meeting room tech is ready
- assist with equipment returns, maintenance requests, and complete cross-departmental projects as assigned
