Job Duties

  • Answers telephone calls, receives inquiries, furnishes routine information, handles complaints and refers calls to proper staff
  • acts as receptionist and directs visitor and employees to proper staff or office
  • receives and sorts correspondence and routes as appropriate
  • prepares reports, materials, and other needed information as requested
  • files and retrieves documents, personnel files, reports and other paperwork
  • assures materials/mail promptly distributed for staff to avoid untimely responses that may have monetary effect
  • works with employees, customers and other divisions and maintains confidentiality of business conducted in the department
  • performs other duties as assigned
