Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent work experience required
- previous experience in a medical office environment preferred
- bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- excellent customer service orientation
- strong attention to detail
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- answer and direct phone calls promptly and provide requested information
- schedule patient appointments by phone or in person accurately
- maintain front desk operations including managing patient check-in and check-out processes
- provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry as needed
- collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient office workflow
- uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
