Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent work experience required
  • previous experience in a medical office environment preferred
  • bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese preferred depending on location
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational abilities
  • basic computer skills including familiarity with scheduling software

Job Duties

  • greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • answer and direct phone calls promptly and provide requested information
  • schedule patient appointments by phone or in person accurately
  • maintain front desk operations including managing patient check-in and check-out processes
  • provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry as needed
  • collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient office workflow
  • uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
