High school diploma or GED
1+ year of customer-facing experience such as retail or hospitality
strong communication skills
ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
basic computer literacy including email and scheduling software
willingness to learn and adhere to healthcare protocols and privacy standards

support teammates and adapt as needs shift
