Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Anchorage, Alaska
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one-year experience in a professional office environment or administrative role
  • Skilled in working with a computer-based phone system such as Teams Phones, Zoom Business or Ring Central
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy

Job Duties

  • Represent the company as the first impression for clients and employees contacting or coming into the Anchorage office
  • Answer incoming calls and check the general mailbox voicemails, routing them to the appropriate department or employee
  • Greet walk-in clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Assist management and other support staff with general office administration
  • Process mail and incoming checks as back-up to administrative assistant
  • Back up administrative assistant during breaks, meal periods and when they’re taking time off
  • Assist any department with printing, assembling, binding, and mailing projects
  • Assist with planning, set up and clean up for in-office events and celebrations
  • Support and assist with local office’s onsite communication boards for upcoming employee events and company initiatives
  • Business hours and your schedule will be 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday
