Job Duties

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Provide information to callers
  • Greet persons entering organization
  • Direct persons to correct destination
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare correspondence and documents
  • Manage mail and deliveries including creating shipment labels, setting up packaging and sorting through received mail
  • Assist in conference room scheduling and resolve schedule conflicts
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and organize catering
  • Provide support in office related events
  • Control inventory relevant to reception and breakroom areas
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area
  • Assist Office Manager and HR with new hire onboarding tasks
  • Manage and update telephone list, client list, and related mailing lists
  • Provide support to fulfillment projects by assisting with printing, stuffing, binding and outbound mailing tasks
  • Assist with special projects as needed
