Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Process daily mail and retrieve documents from insurance carrier websites
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence
  • Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Assist with backing up on various administrative duties
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly
