Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a front office environment handling receptionist responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to resolve issues by directing them to the correct personnel
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate confidently with internal and external customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- High school degree is required

Job Duties
- Follow company safety programs, GMP, 5S standards, and Food Safety and Quality guidelines
- Consistently create a welcoming environment by greeting and assisting visitors and quickly responding to customer inquiries and needs
- Enforce all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and security
- Maintain good working relationships with production and other departments
- Provide direction and support to guests and new hires
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
- Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers
- Perform additional clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing
