Job Duties

  • Greet and log in and out visitors by following established risk and security policies and procedures
  • create visitor badges
  • answer quickly and courteously all incoming telephone calls, routing them to the appropriate person and/or department
  • function as mailroom backup, performing all daily mailroom duties and activities in a professional, accurate and prompt manner
  • think independently and provide self-direction
  • solve various problems and make informed, rational decisions
