- 1-2 years of receptionist or front desk experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Duties
- Greeting and directing visitors in the office
- monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor passes as needed
- answering incoming telephone calls using a multi-line system
- determining the purpose of the calls
- routing calls appropriately
- responding to general inquiries about the organization, including address, directions, and basic information
- announcing visitors to appropriate staff members
- accepting deliveries
- sorting and routing incoming mail and packages
- maintaining logs for pickups and drop-offs
- performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating
- supporting other departments with special projects
