Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Good organizational, interpersonal, communications and member relations skills
- Microsoft Office skills are desired
- Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing tasks and tolerating frequent interruptions
- Must be professional in demeanor and appearance
- Must have timely, reliable attendance
- Must have a professional, courteous and respectful attitude toward members, guests, vendors, co-workers and supervisors

Job Duties
- Welcomes members by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
- answering or referring inquiries
- Distributes phone calls and messages to proper department head or area
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Type up daily specials, menus, name tags and menu cards
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions
- Takes accurate member information for special events and other reservations
- Assists Food and Beverage departments in folding of napkins
- Assists management in additional tasks needed during down time
- Assists catering department in creation of marketing posters and fliers for club events
