Job Duties

  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
  • Greets and directs visitors to the company
  • Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
  • Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail
  • Coordinates the pickup and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Opens builder contracts in real estate closing software
  • Monitors general office e-mail and forwards email to appropriate individual
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing
  • Maintain closing calendar board and keep it updated
  • Send title docs out to lender/realtors
  • Log in key packages and distribute to appropriate files
  • Greet all incoming guests and obtain driver's license/passport copies
  • Clean and maintain cleanliness of all conference rooms and office space
