Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Must follow company procedures and directives

Job Duties
- Greet and direct all visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Notify staff of visitor arrivals
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Maintain visitor logs, employee directories, and office contact lists
- Follow and enforce company security procedures, including issuing visitor badges
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable at all times
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Monitor and restock office supplies
- notify purchasing when stock is low
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
