Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
customer service experience for at least 1 year
valid driver’s license
open availability to work weekdays and weekends
ability to reliably commute or relocate to Kingwood, TX
ability to work in person
availability for 8-hour shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
at least 1 year of customer service experience
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to operate multi-line phone systems
basic knowledge of clerical duties
familiarity with dealership or automotive industry preferred
good organizational skills

Job Duties

Operate a multi-line phone system
answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
route calls to appropriate personnel or departments
minimize caller wait times and use paging system when needed
screen incoming calls as requested by management
develop knowledge of dealership information to assist callers
report phone system issues to IT
update and distribute dealership phone directory
perform assigned clerical duties
take detailed messages and deliver them promptly
