Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required
- minimum 2 years experience in non-profit or equivalent field
- proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- willingness to agree to Cherry Street Mission Ministries Statement of Faith
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- bachelors degree preferred
- minimum 2 years experience working in a non-profit environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
- self-motivated with a Christ-centered, positive and professional approach
- detail-oriented, highly organized, and excellent time management skills
- superior communication skills both written and oral
- ability to work under pressure and maintain quality of detailed work
- ability to solve problems with minimal direction
- ability to prioritize work and adapt to change
- proficiency in Microsoft Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook
- Microsoft Excel skills
- experience with cloud-based data management systems
Job Duties
- Review daily calendar to prepare for visitors
- greet and assist with individuals needs
- welcome, direct and serve visitors
- answer and handle all incoming calls via the phone system
- act as a liaison for guests, visitors and staff to the building
- attend guests in Spero
- welcome and print new ID cards for guests as needed
- redirect guests to RFL advocates in cafe space
- assist in checking volunteers into Cervis software
- perform admin help such as preparing staff eNewsletters
- organize and prioritize tasks
