Job Requirements

Active enrollment in cosmetology or barbering school
Scheduled graduation from cosmetology or barbering school
Ability to communicate clearly and warmly with customers
Capability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Flexibility to work during peak salon hours
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Qualifications

Must be an active student currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school
Scheduled to graduate from cosmetology or barbering school soon
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong commitment to customer service
Basic knowledge of retail products used in salons
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Previous experience in customer service is a plus

Job Duties

Warmly greet customers
Communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes, Online Check-in, and the Wait Time Monitor
Process transactions and issue receipts
Possess general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
Manage the flow of customers between check-in and service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
Manage answering phone calls
Inform customers about services
Update customer records with contact information
Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
Work a flexible schedule, including peak times
Dedicate to providing great customer service
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Resolve customer issues effectively
