Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience providing professional support and customer service
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent written, oral, and computer skills
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, reason logically and creatively, draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations
  • Ability to prioritize and organize, work well under stress, and meet deadlines within assigned timeframe
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change and work overtime as required
  • Strong interpersonal skills to assist and communicate with staff, shareholders, and visitors
  • Experience in using office equipment (fax, copier, postage machine, etc.)
  • Attain a high level of organization and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Answer the BBNC multiple phone line computer system and transfer calls and forward voicemail to the appropriate departments
  • Open and close mail office area
  • Distribute incoming mail and faxes
  • Greet shareholders and visitors
  • Maintain and secure lobby
  • Perform other duties as directed
