  • Friendly, outgoing, and empathetic personality
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
  • Customer service mindset with a polished and professional demeanor
  • Ability to lift and transport items up to 40 lbs occasionally

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests and employees with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage front desk inquiries, including transportation requests, luggage storage, and directions
  • Answer and route calls via the companys main switchboard
  • Address customer questions and concerns
  • document complaints using internal tracking systems
  • Issue guest passes and coordinate access with the Security team
  • Support the Facilities team by submitting and tracking service requests
  • Assist the Guest Services and Customer Relations teams with project-based work
  • Provide occasional facility tours for guests and VIPs
  • Escort guests throughout the facility as needed
