Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- clear verbal and written communication skills
- able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills
- positive and energetic attitude
- professional in appearance and conduct
- ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
- criminal background cleared
- good physical health verified by recent health screening including tuberculosis test
- ability to perform active physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping
- ability to retrieve items from storage including overhead bins or cabinets

Job Duties
- Be the first face of the community greeting and assisting visitors and residents
- provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
- answer or assist in finding answers to questions received by residents, vendors, guests, or employees in person or by telephone
- assist the administrative team with assigned tasks
- ensure phone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
- retrieve items from storage including overhead bins or cabinets
- maintain a professional appearance and conduct
