With a starting wage of $15 per hour, the role includes a specific shift schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm, and every other Saturday and Sunday from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm. In this role, the receptionist serves as the "First Face" of the community, delivering exceptional customer service to visitors, residents, vendors, guests, and employees. This involves answering or directing inquiries promptly and professionally, providing assistance to the administrative team, and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor at all times. The position requires standing, walking, bending, and other active physical movements during most of the day with some sedentary periods as well. Team members are expected to frequently lift or move items up to 25 pounds and must undergo a health screening including a tuberculosis test prior to employment. Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- clear verbal and written communication skills
- ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills

- ability to frequently lift and move items up to 25 pounds
- criminal clearance required
- good health with a physician-verified health screening not more than six months prior or seven days after employment
- must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis
- ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop most of the day with some sedentary periods
- ability to retrieve items from storage including overhead bins or cabinets
