Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- clear verbal and written communication skills
- ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills
- positive and energetic attitude
- professional appearance and conduct
- ability to frequently lift and move items up to 25 pounds
- criminal clearance required
- good health with a physician-verified health screening not more than six months prior or seven days after employment
- must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis
- ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop most of the day with some sedentary periods
- ability to retrieve items from storage including overhead bins or cabinets

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors as the first point of contact
- answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally
- assist residents, vendors, guests, and employees with inquiries and provide solutions
- support the administrative team with assigned tasks
- maintain a positive and professional appearance and conduct
- ensure timely and effective communication within the community
- perform physical tasks including lifting items up to 25 pounds and retrieving items from storage
