Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 1 to 3 years experience working with elderly clients
  • Ability to handle phones and alarms
  • Ability to interact well with the public
  • Ability to understand the nature of the business quickly
  • Ability to manage difficult situations calmly
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and fingerprinting as per Cascades policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years experience working with elderly clients
  • Ability to handle various tasks such as managing phones and alarms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly understand the nature of the business
  • Ability to handle difficult situations such as customer complaints and emergencies
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment

Job Duties

  • Answering and directing phone calls
