Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1 to 3 years experience working with elderly clients
- Ability to handle phones and alarms
- Ability to interact well with the public
- Ability to understand the nature of the business quickly
- Ability to manage difficult situations calmly
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and fingerprinting as per Cascades policy
