Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Have phone skills
Be able to speak well with guests
Have organizational skills
Have the ability to multitask
Computer experience preferred
Willingness to learn and be trained
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods

Job Duties

Helping guests
Working with department managers and other office staff
Using the phone heavily
Informing guests about the park
Informing guests of their options
Selling one day passes and season passes
Handling money, both cash and credit cards
Using a computerized point-of-sale system heavily
Selling and printing season passes
Processing and printing online orders
Providing general park information
Explaining ride and slide types, locations, and safety requirements
Informing guests about food stand and bathroom locations
Cleaning windows
Vacuuming the office
Taking out the trash
Keeping the office looking its best
Preparing online orders for shipment
Sorting mail
Handing out paychecks to employees when they are in the office
Helping other office staff members
Following all policies and procedures of the department and Funtown Splashtown USA
Maintaining professional appearance following all uniform guidelines
Attending all required department, interdepartmental, and park trainings
Performing other duties as assigned
