Job Duties

  • provide assistance to visitors and patients in a kind and courteous manner
  • accurately direct incoming telephone calls to promote departmental efficiency
  • answer routine questions
  • maintain a neat and accurate filing system
  • distribute departmental mail
  • maintain accurate patient and/or employee records
  • participate in specialized training programs to promote personal performance quality
  • attend meetings
  • schedule and process patient x-ray requests if associated with Radiology
  • dispatch Transporters and process files and data as needed in Radiology
  • contribute to student education and supervision in Radiology
  • process Health Center paperwork if associated with the Lake Health Center
  • stock the fitness counter and assist members in providing quality health and fitness services at the Lake Health Center
