The Spa at Woodcliff, operated under Schulte Hospitality, is currently seeking an energetic and experienced Spa Receptionist / Concierge to join their team in a full-time, hourly position with a competitive wage of $17.50 per hour. This role is a pivotal front-facing position dedicated to providing a warm, professional, and seamless experience for all spa guests. The Spa Receptionist / Concierge acts as the primary point of contact for visitors, managing appointments and ensuring all interactions reflect the high standards and quality service that SHG embodies. The candidate will be responsible for handling spa reservations, answering inquiries regarding services, pricing, and availability, and processing payments with accuracy and discretion.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably within a spa, salon, or wellness environment. Familiarity with spa booking software and point-of-sale systems will be advantageous. Aside from administrative duties, this position also requires a personable and polished demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The role includes promoting and upselling spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, the Spa Receptionist / Concierge will collaborate closely with spa therapists and management to maintain smooth operational flow and ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
  • manage all spa reservations, including scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and adjusting changes as needed
  • answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to spa services, pricing, and availability
  • provide accurate information on treatments, therapists, and spa policies to guests
  • process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain accurate client records using spa management software
  • promote and upsell spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience
  • assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception and retail areas
  • coordinate with spa therapists and management to ensure a seamless guest experience and efficient workflow
