Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or receptionist role preferred
  • familiarity with spa booking software and point-of-sale systems preferred
  • ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • basic math proficiency
  • ability to maintain client confidentiality
  • friendly and professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or receptionist role
  • experience in spa, salon, or wellness environment is a plus
  • familiarity with spa booking software and point-of-sale systems
  • exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • friendly, professional, and polished demeanor
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • basic math skills and comfort with handling cash and electronic payments
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking/reservation platforms
  • ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with client information
  • flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
  • manage all spa reservations, including scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and adjusting changes as needed
  • answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to spa services, pricing, and availability
  • provide accurate information on treatments, therapists, and spa policies to guests
  • process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain accurate client records using spa management software
  • promote and upsell spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience
  • assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception and retail areas
  • coordinate with spa therapists and management to ensure a seamless guest experience and efficient workflow
