Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College coursework or degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or front desk experience required
- Previous hospitality or concierge experience preferred
- Experience with hotel or office phone systems and property management software a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and events preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage guest inquiries, provide directions, and offer recommendations for local attractions and services
- Answer and route phone calls, messages, and emails promptly and accurately
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception, and public areas
- Assist with administrative tasks, reservations, and guest correspondence
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when appropriate
- Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and safety procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
