Job Duties

  • We’re looking for a warm, professional, and organized individual to serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors
  • As our Front Desk & Guest Services Coordinator, you’ll provide a welcoming environment, assist with administrative tasks, and support our team in delivering compassionate, high-quality service
  • Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with occasional weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Notify staff of appointments and escort guests as needed
  • Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately
  • Provide refreshments and maintain a comfortable guest-waiting area
  • Handle packages, mail, and deliveries
  • Assist with maintaining organized records and data entry
