Job Duties
- We’re looking for a warm, professional, and organized individual to serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors
- As our Front Desk & Guest Services Coordinator, you’ll provide a welcoming environment, assist with administrative tasks, and support our team in delivering compassionate, high-quality service
- Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with occasional weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Notify staff of appointments and escort guests as needed
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately
- Provide refreshments and maintain a comfortable guest-waiting area
- Handle packages, mail, and deliveries
- Assist with maintaining organized records and data entry
