Job Duties
- Greet patients, family and visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Provide accurate information and assistance to patients, visitors, and clinical staff
- Support clinical team members within the reception and lobby areas
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for all guests
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors entering the health care facility
- Fill the gap by offering support to patients without family or friends available for visits
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times
