Job Duties

  • Greet patients, family and visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to patients, visitors, and clinical staff
  • Support clinical team members within the reception and lobby areas
  • Create a safe and welcoming environment for all guests
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors entering the health care facility
  • Fill the gap by offering support to patients without family or friends available for visits
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times
