Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Ensure smooth and seamless employee and guest experience by communicating warmly and effectively with employees, guests, employee hosts, vendors
  • Ensure coverage for front-of-house area during all business hours
  • Provide a warm welcome, greet all entrants with a smile, ensure visitors are connected with their host, maintain visitor log
  • Present neat and professional appearance
  • Perform general office duties including sorting and delivering mail, outgoing shipping, wayfinding support, facilitating office tours, assisting with logistics
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, redirect calls as needed
  • Maintain strong knowledge of workplace, site, and surrounding areas
  • Maintain condition and cleanliness of front-of-house, input proactive work orders
  • Learn and follow detailed instructions quickly
  • Use required software, technology, and equipment properly
  • Adhere to safety and security protocols, collaborate with Security to monitor front-of-house
  • Provide lost and found support and luggage storage
  • Perform daily responsibilities with initiative including opening/closing tasks, stocking supplies, completing requests, meeting deadlines
  • Support Executives and VIPs with meeting setup, catering, and supply needs
  • Assist with special projects as requested
