This full-time role is crucial in managing front desk operations, handling administrative and mailroom tasks, supporting overall office functions, and providing exceptional service to customers, employees, and visitors. The Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for all incoming communications and guests, setting the tone for the company’s professionalism and welcoming spirit.

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers, visitors, and carriers with professionalism and friendliness

  • Assist insurance and accounting teams with administrative tasks
