Withum offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $170,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based bonuses. The company values interpersonal skills, technological proficiency including Excel, Word, Adobe, and familiarity with valuation tools like Argus, although not mandatory. The firm supports a flexible work environment with options for remote work from most U.S. locations, excluding Colorado, Oregon, and New York. Moreover, Withum champions equal opportunity employment, fostering a workplace free from discrimination based on a wide spectrum of protected characteristics.
