We are currently looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to join our corporate-based team. This full-time position plays a critical role in supporting the daily office operations and providing essential assistance to the accounting department, particularly with accounts payable (AP) tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, be comfortable managing a busy multi-line phone system, and have excellent communication abilities. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner, managing incoming phone calls, and maintaining a polished and welcoming front-office environment. This role requires someone who is highly organized, attentive to details, and capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced office setting.
Additionally, the Receptionist will support the accounting team by assisting with accounts payable tasks, helping to organize and maintain accurate records, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, including those via FedEx. This position is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative operations and fostering positive relationships with both internal staff and external visitors. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, accountability, and professionalism while contributing positively to the office atmosphere.
