We are currently seeking a Real Estate Manager - Renewable Energy to join our Business Development team based in Houston, TX with a hybrid work arrangement. This role reports to the Senior Director of North American Business Development and plays a vital role in transforming early-stage site control into assets that are financeable and ready for construction. The Real Estate Manager serves as the central point of accountability for real property readiness, coordinating workstreams throughout the development lifecycle to proactively mitigate risks related to title, surveys, access rights, and third-party property issues. Key responsibilities include managing title commitments, ALTA NSPS surveys, legal descriptions, curative actions, and ensuring alignment with project layouts and financing requirements. The role also involves identifying and resolving access constraints, negotiating necessary agreements with legal, engineering, and construction teams, and overseeing lease and option administration to avoid any contractual or timing gaps.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing complex real property portfolios within renewable energy or similar capital-intensive industries, demonstrating the ability to drive projects through critical development milestones by partnering cross-functionally with teams across legal, engineering, finance, and construction.
