Job Requirements
- Must be 20 years of age or older
- valid Arizona Class A or B CDL or transferable out-of-state CDL
- minimum 1 year CDL driving experience
- safe driving record
- pass pre-employment drug screening
- pass background check
- ability to work flexible schedule including overtime, nights, weekends
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- safety conscious
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months prior ready mix driving experience
- valid Arizona Class A or B CDL or transferable out-of-state CDL
- minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience

Job Duties
- Operating ready mix truck to transport concrete safely
- performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- cleaning and washing the mixer truck including removal of concrete buildup
- adhering to safety regulations at all times
- providing excellent customer service
- attending safety meetings
- lifting and handling extension chutes up to 60 pounds
