The Ready Mix Driver position with All Ohio Ready Mix, part of The Shelly Company, is an exciting opportunity for skilled and safety-conscious drivers in Toledo, Ohio. This role is pivotal in delivering ready-mixed concrete to construction sites and ensuring customer satisfaction through careful handling and timely deliveries. The drivers operate concrete mixer trucks designed to manufacture, transport, and discharge concrete, often to complex or congested job sites. The position demands professional and responsible operation of commercial vehicles, adherence to OSHA and FMCSA safety regulations, and collaboration with dispatchers and plant managers to coordinate deliveries efficiently. Drivers must maintain truck cleanliness, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and sometimes handle additional yard work. A minimum Class B CDL license is required for this role.
