The Ready Mix Concrete Mixer Driver role at Titan Ready Mix is critical to the company’s operations and overall service excellence. This position involves the safe and efficient operation of concrete mixer trucks to transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to designated construction sites. The driver plays an essential role in maintaining the mix quality during transit and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries, which are vital to meeting project schedules and customer expectations. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, proper truck positioning for discharge, and completion of required delivery documentation. Job Requirements

  • Valid commercial driver’s license CDL Class B or Class A as required
  • Clean driving record and ability to meet insurance requirements
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
  • Experience driving heavy trucks or construction vehicles preferred
  • Ability to work early mornings, extended hours, weekends, and in varying weather conditions
  • Physical ability to climb, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Safely operate a concrete mixer truck in compliance with DOT and company regulations
  • Transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to designated construction sites on schedule
  • Inspect vehicle before and after trips and perform basic maintenance and report mechanical issues
  • Accurately position truck and discharge concrete according to job-site requirements
  • Maintain proper mix consistency during transport and delivery
  • Complete delivery tickets, logs, and other required documentation
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers
  • Follow all safety procedures including wearing required PPE
  • Keep truck clean and in good working condition
  • Assist with washout procedures and yard duties as needed
