Job Requirements

  • Must be able to bend, stoop, lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
  • move about the kitchen areas quickly and carefully
  • stand or walk during entire shift
  • climb ladder when reaching for items that are on upper shelves
  • ability to hear with accuracy over loud background noise
  • 20/20 near vision with correction
  • manual dexterity
  • comply with all applicable federal, state and local statutes as well as Razzoo's policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Food Safety Handling Certification
  • dishwasher experience in hospitality environment preferred but not required
  • successful completion of Razzoo's training for this position is required
  • must be of legal age to operate certain equipment in compliance with federal, state or local laws

Job Duties

  • Scrape, sort, and stack dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans
  • load dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans into dishwashing machine
  • operate dishwashing machine and maintain appropriate level of all chemicals used in operation
  • unload clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans and put them in their proper place
  • inspect all washed plateware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and utensils before restocking, re-washing anything not cleaned, rinsed or sanitized
  • maintain kitchen work area, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition
  • take direction from all management team
