Job Requirements
- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
- move about the kitchen areas quickly and carefully
- stand or walk during entire shift
- climb ladder when reaching for items that are on upper shelves
- ability to hear with accuracy over loud background noise
- 20/20 near vision with correction

- comply with all applicable federal, state and local statutes as well as Razzoo's policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Food Safety Handling Certification
- dishwasher experience in hospitality environment preferred but not required
- successful completion of Razzoo's training for this position is required
- must be of legal age to operate certain equipment in compliance with federal, state or local laws
Job Duties
- Scrape, sort, and stack dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans
- load dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans into dishwashing machine
- operate dishwashing machine and maintain appropriate level of all chemicals used in operation
- unload clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans and put them in their proper place
- inspect all washed plateware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and utensils before restocking, re-washing anything not cleaned, rinsed or sanitized
- maintain kitchen work area, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- take direction from all management team
