Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Six months to one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and days off
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Ability to work in a high noise level environment

- Understanding of TSA regulations and corporate security practices
- Ability to work under stress and with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in coordinating with multiple departments
Job Duties
- Manage and coordinate airport ramp and passenger service activities
- Monitor quality and quantity of work performance
- Direct personnel within assigned functional areas
- Oversee staffing requirements and employee scheduling
- Participate in coaching, counseling, hiring, and termination
- Ensure compliance with company rules, standards, and contractual agreements
- Communicate with airport authorities and customers
- Supervise loading, unloading, and transportation of cargo
- Oversee cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors
- Manage ramp operations including de-icing and aircraft towing
- Enforce safety, security, and corporate compliance
- Assist with training and development of employees
- Ensure proper documentation and audit compliance
