Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Able to stand, walk, and handle baggage for eight-hour shifts
- Able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to communicate with other departments and flight crews
- Possess a valid state-issued driver's license with good driving record
- Eligible to acquire and maintain credentials vital for the position
- Pass background check
- Pass pre-placement physical ability, hearing and vision tests, and drug screen
- Obtain position-specific clearances including but not limited to FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Service
- Available to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to work mandatory overtime as needed
- Able to perform physical activities including bending, stooping, climbing, working in tight spaces, and lifting up to 70 pounds
- Ability to obtain required training certifications and perform all job functions including equipment operation and cargo handling
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Willing to work 100 percent on-site
- Must not have lived outside the United States for more than six months in any year during the past three years except for military or government exceptions
- Successful completion of interview and assessment
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to meet uniform and appearance standards

Job Duties
- Process baggage, boxes, and cargo between baggage/cargo areas and aircraft
- Receive and dispatch aircraft
- Operate and drive equipment safely
- Load and unload baggage and cargo
- Perform safety checks and follow operational procedures
- Communicate effectively with other departments and flight crews
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
