Job Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, or an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or authorized to work in the U.S.
  • high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • familiarity with ramp parking and all aircraft types
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

Job Duties

  • Answer and address the help line
  • code departure delays and arrange for small feeder aircraft if needed
  • prepare reports for staff-level managers
  • monitor weather and announce operational bans when necessary
  • communicate with contingency, aircraft routing, hub, OPC load planning, and staff personnel
  • adjust aircraft parking and tail assignments promptly
  • ensure smooth coordination of inbound and outbound flight operations
