Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to pass a physical capability test
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport SIDA badge, US Customs seal, and USPS security clearance
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, reach, and grasp
- Ability to maintain reliable attendance
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work any shift, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to utilize electronic tools to interpret flight schedules and airline flight destination information
- Ability to give and receive oral instructions in English
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft
- Deliver passenger luggage and cargo to designated locations
- Guide incoming and departing aircraft from the gate using hand signals and wing walking procedures
- Service aircraft water and lavatory
- Safely drive and operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion
- Operate baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination
- Inspect ramp areas adjacent to gate and aircraft for debris and remove/dispose of when found
