Job Requirements

- Must possess a valid state motor vehicle operator's license
- Must be able to obtain SIDA badge and meet local airport requirements
- Must be able to obtain Customs Seal and USPS clearance if required
- Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 70 pounds regularly
- Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently
- Must be physically able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs
- Must maintain well-groomed appearance per company standards
- Must be a US citizen or have authorization to work in the US
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to comply with company attendance standards
- Must be able to work shift work and overtime
Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid state motor vehicle operator's license
- Ability to complete Ramp Agent training with a 90 or higher average
- Ability to read documents and follow instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and via radio equipment
- Must maintain grooming standards
- Ability to work under stressful conditions
- Ability to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Provides friendly service and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external customers
- Work cooperatively to ensure company success
- Load, unload, service, guide, and direct aircraft
- Receive and record customer baggage, air freight, mail, and company materials
- Handle all aspects of loading, stowing, and unloading baggage, cargo, airmail, air freight, ballast, and company materials
- Submit cargo bin loading slips to operations agents
- Pick up, deliver, and transport cargo and baggage
- Warehouse, weigh, stack, pick up and deliver air cargo
- Safeguard customer baggage, air cargo, and company materials
- Clean and service aircraft interiors, including lavatories
- Operate motorized equipment such as belt loaders, tugs, and cart vehicles
- Perform provisioning duties stocking aircraft cabins with necessary items
- Complete required paperwork and enter information into company systems
- Maintain friendly service with co-workers and customers
- Meet physical ability requirements and safety standards
