Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada
- Completion of ramp and SIDA training
- Ability to obtain Customs Seal if required
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items regularly
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Commitment to safety and compliance policies
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorization to work in the United States or Canada as applicable
- Completion of ramp and Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) training
- Ability to secure a Customs Seal if required
- Preferred one or more years of relevant experience
Job Duties
- Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate
- Transport, lift, load/unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and mail material safely
- Safeguard customer baggage, air cargo, and airmail from weather, loss, theft, damage, or destruction
- Clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights and stock aircraft with needed supplies
- Operate heavy equipment such as pushback equipment maintaining visual contact with Wing Walkers
- Operate motorized equipment like belt loaders, air start units, lift trucks, pushback tugs, bag carts, lavatory carts, and deicers
- Receive and record customer baggage, air freight, mail, and company materials
- Pick up, deliver, and transport cargo and baggage including wheelchairs, strollers, live animals, and other vital passenger property
- Complete paperwork and enter data into the company’s information system
- Follow company procedures and protocols ensuring safe operations
- Complete all required training
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
