This full-time position is based in Raleigh, NC, and offers an annual salary of $50,000. The role focuses on front desk management and operational oversight within luxury residential or commercial properties. Responsibilities encompass supervising staff, coordinating schedules, managing desk coverage, and ensuring that the facility remains clean and well-maintained. Acting as the primary contact for facility maintenance and repairs, the candidate will conduct daily inspections and quickly communicate any operational issues to building management.

Additionally, this position requires handling resident requests and inquiries promptly and professionally, managing facility reservations, and facilitating contractor check-ins and check-outs. Building strong relationships with preferred vendors and helping prepare community events are also vital parts of the role. The candidate is expected to stay informed about the latest industry standards, technologies, and trends to maintain a high level of service quality.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Assist in hiring training and mentoring a team that follows company mission and brand standards
  • Supervise staff coordinate team meetings trainings and manage staff schedules to ensure desk coverage
  • Create operating systems and checklists to maintain a clean facility and be primary contact for maintenance repairs and cleaning
  • Conduct daily facility inspections and communicate malfunctions to building management
  • Respond promptly to resident requests phone calls questions or concerns and coordinate facility reservations
  • Facilitate contractor check-ins and check-outs and maintain vendor relationships
  • Assist in preparation of community events as required by building
  • Work exclusively at the front desk and follow all HR and risk management company policies
  • Cover shifts for team members and use company scheduler to ensure payroll compliance
