Within this dynamic environment, the TUL RainBay Express department at River Spirit Casino Resort is seeking dedicated and professional hosts to join their team in a full-time capacity. This role involves ensuring quality guest service and creating a welcoming atmosphere that sparks satisfaction for every guest who dines at the resort's restaurants. The position requires the individual to greet and thank guests professionally and warmly, manage guest reservations efficiently, and utilize the MICROS point of sale system to record all sales transactions accurately.

As a host in this busy and fast-paced setting, the individual will play a critical role in maintaining the flow of service by properly seating guests according to assigned sections, handling reservation wait lists, and executing financial transactions with friendliness and timeliness. Beyond greeting and seating guests, the host will be responsible for performing daily cash management tasks, including managing the MNGE vault issued bank, reporting, and reconciling tips. Compliance with industry regulations, such as Title 31, is also a key responsibility to ensure the casino's adherence to legal requirements.

The host must maintain professional phone etiquette, keep the host area and MICROS stations clean and organized, and assist other team members to promote a positive and collaborative work environment. Flexibility to perform additional duties related to food and beverage operations as needed is essential to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will bring cash handling experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen attention to detail, all of which contribute to providing guests with a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year experience in high volume food and beverage environment
  • knowledge of Title 31 regulations
  • valid Tulsa County Food Handler’s Card
  • liquor license from the Able Commission
  • ability to pass background check and drug test
  • ability to obtain gaming license

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one year experience in a high volume food and beverage operations with multiple venue responsibilities
  • casino experience preferred
  • cash handling skills strongly recommended
  • knowledge and application of Title 31 reporting requirements
  • Tulsa County Food Handler’s Card
  • liquor license from the Able Commission for front of house food and beverage positions
  • ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug test
  • ability to obtain gaming license as required

Job Duties

  • Welcomes guests in a friendly and timely manner
