Hematology Oncology Associates of CNY (HOACNY) is a highly respected medical practice specializing in cancer care services. HOACNY is currently seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join its professional team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the radiation oncology department, providing essential administrative support to physicians and the clinical team. The Medical Receptionist, also referred to as a Patient Navigator, plays a pivotal role in managing patient interactions and ensuring seamless communication within the healthcare environment. This position involves traveling between the Brittonfield and Camillus offices, accompanying assigned physicians as they move between clinical locations. Depending on the physician's schedule, the Patient Navigator may either remain at a single office or travel with their physician, highlighting the dynamic nature of the role.
