Job Requirements
- Must be twenty-one years of age or older
- must be able to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications
- minimum five years of experience in surveillance, security, or law enforcement
- ability to operate vehicles safely
- ability to communicate clearly in oral and written forms
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- physical ability to sprint and open vehicle doors
- compliance with uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- ability to operate all makes and models of motor vehicles
- ability to prepare clear and concise reports
- ability to interpret and explain policies and procedures
- ability to establish effective working relationships
- knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
- previous management experience is desirable
Job Duties
- Greet the guest in a friendly manner
- safely park guest vehicles in designated areas
- efficiently retrieve guest vehicles upon request
- communicate parking and retrieval procedures to guests
- uphold uniformed appearance standards
- maintain valet area cleanliness
- perform damage inspections on vehicles before parking
