Previous experience in bartending or related hospitality role
Ability to mix and serve beverages following recipes
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties

Mix and serve alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures
Follow all operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and departmental policies and procedures
Accurately handle various forms of cash transactions, decision-making, problem solving, complaint resolution, and customer service
Ensure appearance of bar and lounge are maintained in a clean and functional manner
Demonstrate an upbeat and outgoing demeanor while on duty
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols
Promote outstanding customer relations
Perform other related duties as may be assigned by reporting senior
